A: Yes, a minimum deposit of $200 is required to book one of our vehicles. This deposit must be made by credit card so that we can put a hold on the aforementioned about. Following your excursion, the vehicle will be inspected for damage, and as long as it returns the same way it went out, we will release the hold on your $200 and the funds will become available to you again in 1-3 business days (depending on your bank).

A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as personal checks up until two weeks in advance of your reservation.

A: We suggest that customers place their reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure that their desired vehicle is available on the date of their choosing. Many of our most popular vehicles are booked weeks and often months in advance. There is a chance if you call the day of but odds are that every vehicle will already be booked.

A: Yes, our passengers are allowed to drink aboard our vehicles, provided all members of the party are over 21.

A: No, due to insurance restrictions, we cannot supply our passengers with alcohol. If you wish to drink aboard our vehicles, please make arrangements to bring your own alcohol.

A: No, smoking is strictly prohibited aboard our vehicles and will result in a loss of deposit and termination of reservation. If you would like to smoke, please ask your driver to pull over, which he will be happy to do for you.

A: Yes they can. We are great for children's birthday parties, Bar Mitzvahs and more. If there are going to be children and those who are under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.

A: Absolutely not. We have nothing to hide from you. We won't ever demand more money then what we tell you when you make the reservation. The only extra fees you may come across are if you go over your time, a damage fee for breaking something or a cleaning charge for leaving the vehicle a big mess.

A: You cannot cancel your run. When you book your reservation we ask that you are 100% sure that you have all the correct information and want to do it. You will have to pay whether you use the service or not. You also cannot change the date of the reservation but depending on availability, you might be able to move the time or change the vehicle.

A: Yes you can. Bring whatever you want but know that if there's a huge mess left, you may be charged a cleaning fee. An item that we know leaves a huge mess is jello shots. People carelessly tosses them aside and the jello gets a sticky mess everywhere. It's best to take them off of the bus.

A: It's not mandatory that you tip your driver. They are paid a fair wage so they don't rely on tips. It's just greatly appreciated that you tip. If you liked the service they provided you, tipping is a great way to show your gratitude.

A: You won't be charged a huge fee for going over your time. If you are a couple minutes over that's okay. If you would like to extend your time more, just give us a call to let us know. You'll be charged your normal hour rate, divided up into 15 minute increments. For example, your rate is $100 and you stayed out 45 minutes past your end time. You'll have to pay an additional $75. You won't have to pay for any time you don't use.
